We do our best to package and ship your coffee within 2-3 days of roasting. This is to ensure that your coffee isn't any older than 7 days when you receive it. This will vary depending upon regions that require a longer shipping time or international orders.
We recommend storing your coffee in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, as soon as possible. This will ensure moisture and air don't age the coffee too quickly, and your coffee retains its flavour and quality for longer.
Once your order has been processed by our team and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a 6-character reference number. Simply enter your reference number on the Sendle tracking page HEREfor updates.
Depending on where you live your delivery will take between 5-7 working days to arrive after placing your order. If your shipping address is in a more remote location, please allow for additional time.

A few important notes for late international deliveries -
If it’s within two days of the ETA, just sit tight – it won’t be far away!
If it’s been two business days from the last day of the ETA window, we recommend contacting your local postal authority to check on its whereabouts. When speaking to them, refer to the local reference number (you can find this on the tracking page) to help them locate your order.
Please note: Once a parcel has arrived in its destination country, the local postal authority for that country will deliver it – which means they control the final delivery date (and we can’t always track it for you, sorry!)
YES.We offer local pick-up directly from our roastery. At checkout simply go to Information -> Delivery Method and select 'Local Pickup'. Orders for local pick-up will generally be ready within 2-4 working days, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up.
Our Roastery is located at 42/112 McEvoy Street, Alexandria 2015 'Collective Roasting Solutions', you will find our warehouse at the back of the building via the carpark. Opening hours are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (Public Holidays not included).
We ship out freshly roasted coffee to you every fortnight, with your selection of single origin, blend or capsules. We process orders fortnightly on the Monday and have them roasted, packed and out for delivery on Thursday morning. Your first order will be processed and delivered within 3 (working) days of placing it, and then your following order will fall into the fortnightly cycle.

Please note that any changes to your order must be done before 5pm Monday (on the scheduled week of delivery). For any urgent changes please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

You will receive a new single origin every two weeks (subscription cycle) selected by our roasters. If you purchase two (or more) bags of coffee per cycle you will receive two bags of the samesingle origin coffee. We ensure that you will never receive the same coffee twice.
