ABOUT THE BEAN

This Geisha micro-lot is special! The Castilla Family of Agua Tibia has gifted us with one of the coffee lots of the year. Their farm is located in the Fraijanes Plateau outside Guatemala City. The coffee here is grown at high altitudes and in moist, fertile soil. These are the perfect conditions for coffee farming, and the results are out of this world.

Expect to find a cup teeming with notes of bergamot, vanilla and lemongrass. Intensely floral and fragrant, coupled with a distinct and complex brightness – this is a delicate coffee to be savoured. Agua Tibia has produced one of the best examples of a washed Geisha that Stitch has tried this year. Simply awesome.
