ABOUT THE BEAN

We have received two lots of Ethiosar from Los Rodríguez, Bolivia. Both lots have been processed from single-day harvests from seven farms throughout Caranavi that are part of the greater Fincas Los Rodríguez. The farms, all sitting at 1,400-1,800 metres above sea level and in rich volcanic soil, produce fantastic coffee. This is lot number one of the Los Rodríguez Ethiosar.

The farms of Fincas Los Rodríguez are all owned by the Rodríguez family, who work tirelessly to build and expand the Bolivian specialty coffee market. Through consultation with leading specialty coffee agronomists around the globe, the Rodríguez family has learnt how to make sustainable, healthy farms and how to grow coffee to its highest potential. The Rodríguez’s continue to invest in innovation and improvements to produce the best coffee possible.

Expect to find a cup full of strawberry, floral and orange. Juicy and fragrant, complimented by a bright citrus clarity.
