The Navarro family situated their farm in the remote township of Taipiplaya at a 1-degree latitude difference from the Caranavi average, which turned out to make all the difference in the sweetness of their lots! The slower maturation at this latitude allows for greater sugar development, enhanced by a coco natural processing at Buena Vista mill. The resulting brew flaunts big brownie notes balanced out by a tea-like body, and subtle stonefruit notes.
