    ABOUT THE BEAN

    The region of Samaipata does not traditionally produce coffee. However, the Rodríguez family took a chance in opening the Floripondio farm here. Pedro Rodríguez saw the opportunity that the conditions in this region created the perfect atmosphere to create exceptional quality coffee. This risk paid off, and we have an excitingly sweet and juicy bean to share with you. Floripondio is named after the Floripondio flower which grows throughout the Los Rodriguez family’s farm.
