    ABOUT THE BEAN:

    Grown at Finca El Despetar, this coffee was hand-picked and sorted by Albeiro Gomez and his wife. The cherries were placed in water tanks for 50 hours before being pulped and then gently washed. Finally, they placed the coffee to dry on raised beds until the beans achieved an ideal moisture content. This involved process has produced a special coffee lot that showcases a fantastic calibre of flavour you only find in quality-driven micro-lot coffee cultivation.


    Expect to find a cup overflowing with stone fruit notes like yellow plum, coupled with citrus fruit and floral. These flavours combine to result in a final cup that is juicy and sweet, with a bold yet balanced citrus kick and a fragrant floral finish. Juicy, bright and delicate: a classically Colombian profile and one of our favourite flavour combinations from one of our most beloved origins!
