    ABOUT THE BEAN:

Pablo Guerrero is an exceptional coffee producer, and he has the accolades to prove it. Last year, his geisha from Finca El Obraje claimed first prize in the Colombian Cup of Excellence. We are very excited to have gotten our hands on this year’s harvest of the same geisha – and we can tell you that Mr. Guerrero has knocked it out of the park again.

For this very special microlot, farmers picked coffee cherries following strict ripeness criteria. The coffee was then exposed to a 42-hour lactic fermentation. This process has concentrated and intensified flavours, resulting in a deep and complex coffee. You can expect to find a fragrant cup teeming with delicate notes of lavender, orange, and sugarcane. Floral, bright, and perfectly sweet: this offering from Finca El Obraje exemplifies everything we love about a great washed geisha.
