You asked, we listened! A new Ethiopian coffee has just arrived at our roastery, and it’s a special one. With beautiful sweet notes perfectly complemented by bright notes of acidity, this unique lot hails from Welichu Wachu in Guji where it was grown and processed by co-operative smallholders.

After washing, these beans were subjected to a special, time-intensive shade-drying process that protects them from the harsh noon sun and therefore produces a much more uniformly spectacular lot. The final result is far greater depth, complexity and clarity of flavour when it reaches your mug.

There was only one lot produced of this particular coffee and we were lucky enough to scoop it all up for ourselves. To experience a shade-dried single origin (not to mention one from the motherland of coffee) is a rite of passage for coffee connoisseurs and hobbyists alike, so don’t miss out on this limited run!
