    ABOUT THE BEAN:

Tore Badiya is a washing station located within the Kochere district of the Gedeo zone, nearby the famed Yirgacheffe region. Local smallholder farmers deliver ripe coffee cherries to Tore Badiya for processing. Everything delivered to the washing station is meticulously quality graded, with only the best cherries chosen for processing – this level of focus and care shines through in the final product.

Expect to find a cup teeming with notes of lychee, coupled with rosewater and orange. Combined, this results in a juicy, sweet and floral coffee with a refreshing citrus kick – a legendary and quintessentially Ethiopian flavour profile made famous by this region of the country. This washed offering from Tore Badiya has blown us away!
