The unveiling of our highly-anticipated third cafe has finally arrived! Stitch Coffee Fish Market has officially opened, bringing all your favourite batchies, espresso-based coffees, and signature Stitch Coffee drinks to Sydney's most iconic foodie destination to date.

Similar to our Stitch Coffee QVB location, the design of Stitch Coffee Fish Market is purpose-built for open-space access and express ordering for takeaway; a concept well-suited to the fast pace of the new marketplace. 

Located just above the auction room between Christie’s Seafood and Musumesci Seafoods, our cafe houses not only coffee, but a delicious assortment of pastries sourced from local legends Tenacious Bakehouse (baked fresh daily) and selection of our bestselling coffee products.  

Coffee fans can also rest assured that their next early morning cappuccino at Sydney Fish Market is in safe hands.

The cafe is fuelled by our own locally-roasted specialty coffee, and poured out by our highly experienced baristas on deck. 

Further cause for celebration is our cafe's opening offer. Starting from Monday, 19 January 2026, the first 1,000 customers to visit Stitch Coffee Fish Market will receive a free, limited-edition Fish Market coffee drip bag.
