    ABOUT THE BEAN:

    Luis Anibal is a second-generation coffee grower and was one of the first farmers in Huila to produce high-end micro-lots as well as master alternative processing methods such as extended fermentation, honey and natural. He now owns the 20 hectare Villa Betulia farm with all sorts of exotic varietals including Gesha, Tabi, Red Bourbon and many more. In harvest he provides jobs to the people in his community.

    This coffee is hand-picked to ensure only the ripest cherries are selected. They are then fermented for 40 hours in an anaerobic environment, pulped, gently washed and sun-dried until it reaches the ideal moisture. Sidra is a hybrid between Bourbon and Typica varieties with a unique characteristic of sweet and bright profilings.
