HOW TO MAKE A STITCH COFFEE ICED LATTE AT HOME
“Brewed, bottled, and ready to go. ”
INGREDIENTS
- Ice
- 160ml milk or milk alternative
- 12ml (1 capful) Specialty Coffee Concentrate
EQUIPMENT
- Tall glass
- Scales
- Bar spoon
NOTE ON SERVING SIZES
Smaller ingredient measurements will make a 8-ounce (regular) drink and the larger measurements make a 10-ounce (large) drink.
METHOD
- Place glass on the scales and scoop in ice cubes. Tare the weight (to maintain consistency in the cafés, our baristas always weigh the ingredients to check measurements are correct as they go)!
- Pour in your milk.
- Pour in the coffee concentrate. An option here is to use the bowl of the bar spoon to pour in the coffee concentrate; this makes the concentrate combine less quickly with the milk, creating the swirl effect that many like to serve their iced lattes with.
- Enjoy!
