General Conditions
Stitch Coffee reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant that we have reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Stitch Coffee competitions are open to individuals with Australian residency currently living in Australia only over the age of 18 (other restrictions may apply per each individual competition). The winner/s of any competition is always chosen at random.
Stitch Coffee employees and their immediate families, suppliers, or third-parties related to competitions are ineligible to enter.
Competitions commence and close on the dates advertised via Stitch Coffee's formal social media, in cafe, and online channels.
Only the winner(s) will be notified by email and must respond within the advertised time or the prize may be re-allocated. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.
Unless otherwise specified, any flights and transfers incurred from accepting a Stitch Coffee competition prize are to be organised by the winners at their own expense. Prizes are only redeemable within Australia. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
Kith Hotel x Stitch Coffee Giveaway | 9 Dec - 6 Jan
Winner will be randomly selected in the first week of January 2025 and contacted by @kithotel via Instagram Direct Message.
By entering, participants agree to have their name and Instagram handle shared on our social media if selected as the winner.
Kith Hotel and Stitch Coffee reserves the right to disqualify entries that breach Instagram guidelines or are deemed inappropriate.
Competition runs from 9th December 2024 to 6th January 2025.
Prize is a complimentary one-night stay at Kith Hotel Darling Harbour and Stitch Coffee prize pack valued at $150. The hotel stay covers accommodation only, and any additional charges are to be paid to the hotel directly.
Stay dates available between 15th January 2025 and 31st March 2025, subject to availability (booking must be made at least two weeks in advance).
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Included in the Stitch Coffee $150 prize pack is a 10% off cafe voucher: one-time use only. Expires on 31 December 2025. Redeemable on dine-in menu, takeaway menu, and full-priced retail items (one transaction only) at Stitch Coffee QVB or Broadway. Not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
