A coffee hailing from the ‘food pantry’ of northern Tolima and grown on a farm named after singing frogs…that’s just the start of what makes this 100% Chiroso microlot unique! Edward Sandoval comes from a long line of producers, and his background in quality control is clearly evident in the pristine nature of this washed coffee.

His implementation of a new water filtration system, drying beds, and small silo on the farm has directly contributed to this cup’s exquisite honey flavour and jasmine aroma. The farm’s main water source is also home to several noisy amphibians, which is why Edward called the estate Canta Ranas (meaning ‘singing frogs’ in Spanish).
