Ethiopia, Adamai
About the Bean
Ain’t no mountain high enough to keep Admasu Duke—the producer behind Adamai—from growing the finest Ethiopian coffee that we now serve to you. Admasu’s 6-hectare family farm lies a staggering 2,250 metres above sea level, where the climate is cooler and the coffee grows characteristically sweet. Specifically, the altitude slows down the cherry ripening process, leading to cup profiles of greater complexity. Processed natural to let the coffee’s inherent flavours shine, none can resist the intense fruit notes and tropical acidity of Ethiopia, Adamai.
