This comforting cup is representative of both the renowned Yirgacheffe coffee region and the small number of contributing growers, whose crops grow under the most prodigious conditions. Specifically, a high elevation contributes to this cup’s tea-like qualities (light body and Earl Grey notes) while a washed processing enhances the coffee’s fruit-forward flavours.
