The Origami artisans in Mino, Japan purposefully crafted this porcelain teapot to have a flat lid and base for easy stackability and efficient brewing. The flat lid and base of the strainer prevent your tea leaves from clumping while brewing; instead, the leaves dance freely inside the teapot, allowing for even infusion.
The lid also doubles as the perfect saucer to rest your strainer on once the infusion process is complete. A small handle located at a right angle to the spout further allows for drip-free pouring.
