Position: Production and Warehouse Assistant— Full Time

Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Label and prepare packaging materials for production, dispatch and operational activities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch wholesale, retail, and e-commerce orders accurately
- Support packing, sealing, palletising, and dispatch preparation activities
- Maintain clean and organised warehouse, roasting, dispatch and packing areas
- Assist with stock organisation and periodic stock counts
- Operate Safely warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts where appropriately licensed
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles and courier shipments
- Follow food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or maintenance issues
- Provide operational support across warehouse and dispatch activities
Requirements:
- Full-time
- Applicant must have valid working rights for full-time employment in Australia
- Safety procedures must be followed at all times
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous warehouse, production, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and support day-to-day warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge desirable
- Experience in supply chain or coffee industry advantageous
