The Role:As the Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations and long-term success of the store. You’ll be responsible for creating an inspiring culture, achieving business goals, and ensuring seamless operations across the front and back of house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivate, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional performance and achieve KPIs.
- Business Strategy: Understand and implement strategies to drive sales, manage costs, and grow the store’s success.
- Operational Excellence:
- Balance and optimise staff rosters to meet business needs, ensuring the store is always well-prepared for busy periods.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure the store is always stocked with the right products while minimising waste.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for every customer, with a focus on upselling and retail excellence.
- Performance Management: Build performance reports, set KPIs, and ensure your team consistently delivers on targets.
- Square Proficiency: Utilise the Square POS system effectively, including backend setup and reporting.
- Recruitment and Training: Hire, train, and onboard new staff to build a high-performing, cohesive team.
- Vision and Brand Building: Bring creativity and a hunger to build the brand, always looking for ways to elevate the store’s presence and impact.
- Collaboration: Bridge the gap between front of house and back of house, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
- Organisation: Maintain impeccable organisation across operations, inventory, and schedules.
