 Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Label and prepare packaging materials for production, dispatch and operational activities
• Pick, pack, and dispatch wholesale, retail, and e-commerce orders accurately
• Support packing, sealing, palletising, and dispatch preparation activities
• Maintain clean and organised warehouse, roasting, dispatch and packing areas
• Assist with stock organisation and periodic stock counts
• Operate Safely warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts where appropriately licensed
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles and courier shipments
• Follow food safety, quality control, and workplace safety procedures
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or maintenance issues
• Provide operational support across warehouse and dispatch activities

Requirements:

• Full-time
• Applicant must have valid working rights for full-time employment in Australia
• Safety procedures must be followed at all times
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous warehouse, production, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and support day-to-day warehouse operations
• Basic computer skills and inventory system knowledge desirable
• Experience in supply chain or coffee industry advantageous

Requirements:

- Proven at least 2 years of experience as a specialty coffee barista, by demonstrating the skills listed below:

• A good and proven skills in operating and maintaining our professional equipments such as Tone, Uber, Fetco and Wally.
• Able to communicate the profile of coffee origins to customers in a professional manner that is engaging and leading the conversations toward sales.
• Able to conduct a TDS reading and adjust brew and extraction variables to develop an excellent coffee tasting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in informative and enjoyable conversations.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate the needs of our customers.

- High standards of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail.

- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a strong work ethic.
