Our points-based program rewards our cafe customers with 1 point per visit with 10 points getting you 10% off your next in-cafe purchase.

Simply tap your mobile on our cafe's POS during every visit, and you'll be stacking up those points in no time. Redeemable on both retail and menu orders in-store, it's never been a better time to have us as your local.

Customer must provide their mobile number in order to sign up to our Cafe Loyalty Program.

Redeem: You can redeem 10 points for 10% off in either Stitch Coffee QVB or Stitch Coffee Broadway by tapping your phone at POS once you've accrued said points.

Points Balance: You can check your cafe loyalty points balance via the link here.

Upon earning your first point at Stitch Coffee QVB or Broadway, you will also receive a text message that provides a link permitting you to add your Loyalty Points Balance to Apple Wallet (iPhone users only).

Unfortunately, our online loyalty and in-cafe loyalty programs are completely separate entities and do not crossover (i.e. you cannot use in-store points online or vice versa).

This cafe loyalty program is offered at Stitch Coffee Broadway and Stitch Coffee QVB only.

Anyone is permitted to join the program. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s approval to join the program. Your parent or guardian will need to read these Terms & Conditions. We will assume, if you are under 18 when you join, that you have complied with these requirements.

Joining is free, and there are no fees associated with using the Stitch Coffee loyalty program.

Customer may join in-cafe (Stitch Coffee Broadway or Stitch Coffee QVB) by providing their mobile number to a staff member and requesting to sign up OR sign-up online here.

Customers earn 1 point per visit. There is no minimum spend required per visit to earn a point, though only a maximum of 1 point can be earned per day.

Additional temporary earning incentives (i.e. double point days) may be run at Stitch Coffee's discretion.

To redeem 10 points for a 10% off voucher, simply visit one of the cafes listed above and tap your phone while making your purchase to apply the discount.

Vouchers may be used across both cafe menu items and retail items.

Earned points or 10% off vouchers do not expire. Multiple 10% off vouchers cannot be used in a single transaction. The 10% off vouchers are not redeemable with other discounts or offers.
