    General - What is Perk Points?

    Perk Points is Stitch Coffee’s Online Loyalty program. We have a separate loyalty program for the cafes—Cafe Loyalty—that you can learn about on the Instore Page.

    By becoming a member of Perk Points, you’ll earn points and exclusive rewards every time you shop online with us!

    This program is offered to customers shopping on Stitch Coffee’s Australia website only.

    Who can join?

    Anyone purchasing on the Stitch Coffee website (https://www.stitch.coffee/). Remember, if you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian’s approval to join the Stitch Coffee Perk Points program. Your parent or guardian will need to read these Terms & Conditions. We will assume, if you are under 18 when you join, that you have complied with these requirements.

    Joining is free and there are no fees to continue using Perk Points.

    How to join?

    Go to our Loyalty Program Page Perk Points and click Join Now. Fill your details and you are done!

    If you have purchased with us in the past, use the email you have used to make your purchases and you might find that you already have points allocated to your account.

    What do I get for joining?

    When joining our Perk Points program, you will be able to earn points each time you purchase something on our website and through campaigns that may be run sporadically.

    Campaigns other than birthday and anniversary campaigns, will have a start and end date communicated at the time the campaign is launched.

    How to earn?

    Sign Up - The first step is to create an account on our website. As a bonus, you’ll automatically receive 1,000 points just for signing up.

    Earn - Every time you shop on our website, you’ll earn 1 Perk Point for every $1 spent. Plus, as a special birthday treat, you’ll receive an additional points on your birthday and on your Stitch-versary each year.

    How to redeem (vouchers)

    Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for vouchers that you can apply to your cart at checkout.

    Simply log into your Account and select ‘Redeem my points’. Choose the option that best suits you and you will receive a code to enter at checkout.

    When do points expire?

    Perk Points expire after 12 months.

    Will I be able to use my points/rewards in-store?

    No. Perk Points are valid for website purchases only.

    Shipping, Vouchers, and Discounts

    Perk Point vouchers cannot be combined with current promotional campaigns, subscription orders, and discounts on offer. Multiple Perk Points vouchers cannot be combined within the same order.

    Shipping is calculated based on the total price of the cart, including discounts and before taxes. It is not based on the product total, but total price of the cart (subtotal).

    Returns for orders made with Perk Points

    Full Refunds

    Earning Points

    If a customer's order is marked as Refunded in Shopify, any points earned from the purchase will be removed from that customer's account

    It is possible for a customer's point balance to be negative in certain situations. For example, if the customer submits a purchase and gets points, then applies those points towards another purchase, then returns the first item. The points will be removed from their account, but they've already "spent" them, resulting in a negative point balance.

    When a customer makes a purchase for a sum that isn't a round number (whole dollars only), their point balance will be rounded down to a whole number. The same applies for refunds.

    Spending Points

    If a customer's order is marked as Refunded in Shopify (100% refunded), and a reward discount was used, the points used for this discount will return to the customer's account

    Partial Refunds

    Earning Points

    If a customer earned points on a purchase and then that purchase is partially refunded, their points are reversed. They then earn points only for the remaining amount.

    Spending Points

    If a customer earned points on a purchase and applies those points towards a purchaseand then that purchase is partially refundedStitch Coffee will not return the points used to redeem the reward coupon but will only return points for the amount returned.

    Restrictions that apply to Perk Points

    You can only have one Perk Points account per email.

    Once points have been redeemed for a discount voucher, please note that the voucher cannot be reversed back into points.

    Perk Points amounts have no cash or monetary value and cannot be taken or redeemed as cash or equivalent and

    Perk Points cannot be redeemed in-store or on subscription orders.

    Terminating your Perk Points account

    If you would like to terminate your Perk Points account, you can do this by sending us an email to hello@stitch.coffee and making the request.

    Once your account is terminated, you will no longer be entitled to accrue points or redeem any benefits.

    Changes to these Terms and Conditions

    We keep these Terms on the our website, so it is easy for you to access them.

    If these Terms are changed, we will communicate this with you and update our website. If the Terms have changed and you continue to use and Redeem Perk Points, we will take this as acceptance of the changes.
