From APAX Lab arrives the latest innovation from the coffee world—mineral concentrates that aid baristas in curating and customising the perfect cup.
Used by award-winning baristas from across the globe, the 100ml APAX coffee minerals are the brainchild of master coffee educator Simon Gautherin and APAX lab founder Camille, who spent six years developing and testing water recipes for coffee.
While each concentrate targets different minerals (thereby enhancing different components of the cup profile), they’re all formulated using demineralised water that purifies and elevates any coffee it’s used in.
TONIK: formulated to enhance acidity. Tasting notes are vibrant, bright, and juicy. Ingredients: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate.
JAMM: formulated to enhance richness and depth by targeting calcium and bicarbonate. Tasting notes are rich, sweet, and creamy. Ingredients: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate.
LYLAC: formulated to enhance floral characteristics in coffee by targeting sulphate and potassium. Tasting notes are elegant, floral, and silky. Ingredients: water, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride.
