In need of a cup of pristine quality and clarity? Look no further than this coffee comprised of beans plucked by 250 of Banko Gotiti’s finest farmers. Processed at Chelchele station (in close proximity to Ethiopia’s famous Guji zone), the Kurume, Dega, and Wolisho beans are pulped, fermented for 48-56 hours, washed, and dried for 4-7 days until achieving the desired moisture content. The leaves us with an incredible coffee buoyed by peachy fruit notes and aroma. Topped off with a light roast that allows you to enjoy the cup’s full depth of flavour.
