Talk about a triple threat. Our favourite beans—vanilla, chocolate, and coffee—are the culprits behind your cravings for this beautifully balanced bar. Its hint of the tropics is traceable to an additional smattering of coconut and lush tasting notes of Bolivia, Floripondio. Heralding from a SL28 microt-lot, our Bolivia, Floripondio beans are the cocoa nib’s better half, offsetting richer notes with its lingering hints of fruity plum and rooibos tea. Best paired with single origin coffee, lightly roasted.

Made in collaboration with South Pacific Cacao, a privately funded business with a mission to accelerate and grow its impact on rural communities in the Solomon Islands, which included creating market pathways for a broader range of artisan products.
ABOUT THE COFFEE | BOLIVIA, FLORIPONDIO
It's that special type of single origin coffee bean that's worth writing home about! Stitch Coffee sourced Bolivia, Floripondio as a green coffee from a trusted producer (the Rodríguez family), whose farm neighbours the Amboró National Park (known for having some of the world’s greatest biodiversity of flora and fauna). Pair the terroir with the family's expert lactic natural processing, and you have a bean that's bright, tropical, and the perfect addition to a vegan milk chocolate bar. Roasted locally in Alexandria, Sydney by yours truly.
