    We’re pulling out the red carpet for this one. The darling of our rotation list, any Wilton Benitez lot is bound to excite the tastebuds, and this washed Red Bourbon is no exception. Sourced from several farmers working within Cauca and surrounding Granja Paraíso 92, Benitez transported the cherries to his processing facility in Piendamo where he pulped, washed (36-hour fermentation) and dried the coffee to enrich its inherent, crisp apple acidity, creamy texture, and red cherry notes.
