A coffee that goes heavy on sweetness and light on caffeine. Introducing a beautiful decaf from the harvests of 14 producers local to the town of San Antonio. A combination of Caturra and Colombia beans, this lot underwent 48-hour fermentation and 10–18 days of drying before decaffeination at the Descafesol plant. The lot was gently deprived of its caffeine using a solvent solution made from spring water and locally produced sugarcane. The end cup is a wonder for science and the taste buds, boasting a delightful nuttiness, chunky apple notes, and smooth sipping experience.
