    Your prayers for a pristine decaf coffee have been answered by this La Virgen lot from the farmers of Guadelupe! Named in honour of the Virgin Mary, this town is religious about quality coffee and has been producing excellent cups for several generations. Further making this washed fermentation, triple-variety origin special is its Swiss Water decaffeination method. By cycling green coffee through a fresh water solution called GCE, this cup still retains all its plump pecan flavour and sweetness while removing all but 0.1% of its original caffeine.
