While our roastery is always on standby to grind any beans to your brewing preference, there’s a lot of freedom in learning to grind your own at home!
To help make that coffee journey easier, we’ve created below charts that detail how to grind single origins for the most popular brewing methods using the top 4 coffee grinders on the market plus EK43 for reference—100% refined and tested in-house by the Stitch Coffee team.

How to read this chart:It all depends on your grinder of choice! Use this chart as a general guide, as best settings may change slightly between models.
Timemore, Commandante, and Porlex grinds tend to operate on full clicks. That's why our chart recommendations for these grinders suggest trialling clicks across a range of increments.
Alternatively, 1Zpresso and EK43 are precision grinders where grind settings can be narrowed down to a precise decimal. For 1Zpresso grinders, Higgs Field is 1.75 turn (from 0.5) while the remaining blends are a 1.75 turn (from 1).
