The perfect brew to enjoy filtered thanks to its highly fragrant notes of lemongrass, further enhanced by a washed process carefully supervised by Carlos on the farm. Raquel is at the helm of all operations outside of processing, optimising La Bohemia’s magical fog and self-sustainable greenhouse project to ensure coffee lots like this fruity geisha thrive while offsetting income during the non-harvest months..

    ABOUT THE FARM

    Like its name suggests, La Bohemia embraces breaking from conventional coffee processes, and has been under Lasso custodianship for the past three decades. The farm is situated high in the Nariño department, just 40mins shy of La Union, where its 10,000 coffee trees benefit greatly from the precipitous climate and volcanic soil. With its stunning views and well-crafted coffee, it’s no wonder La Bohemia is quickly becoming a well-renowned farm.
