Waliki translates to the greeting ‘how’s everything?’ in the local Ayamara language, and this coffee is the delicious answer—delightful to say the least! Grown at the highest altitudes on the slopes of the Los Rodríguez farm, the beans in this coffee are some of the finest that the La Paz region has to offer. To enhance this bean’s inherent floral, citrus, and fruity acidity, the coffee undergoes a 96-hour fermentation natural process at the Buena Vista mill. Roasted light for your enjoyment.
