From the heart of Costa Rica’s coffee industry comes a natural Typica coffee grown at high elevation and plucked with love. The man behind the beans—Juan Ramon Alvarado Rodriguez—is a fourth-generation producer who requests that every one of his coffees be “roasted with intention” so that the passion he cultivates on the farm is carried from seed to cup. This passion comes through in the coffees jammy notes and orange blossom aroma, made possible through the farm’s perfect climate, infrastructure (on-site cupping laboratory), and Rodriguez’s expertise in natural processing.
