A traditional brew with tons of flavour! This lot hails from Finca El Orvo, one of several farms owned by the father-son duo, Steven and Hiver Vargas. Passed through five generations, the farm is lauded for producing natural coffees that sport the stone fruit notes characteristic to the Central Valley region. After being harvested and delivered to the micromill on the same day, the coffee is sorted and dried on raised beds until achieving the perfect moisture content. The resulting cup is super fruity with pronounced sweetness and plump acidity.
