About the Bean
From a land blessed with bountiful cherries emerges a washed geisha beloved for its high clarity and juicy flavour. La Palestina is the beneficiary of the Alarcon dynasty, who have cultivated the land since 1951. Enhanced by a washed process, this lot features fragrant citrus and fruit flavours. Specifically, the cherries were depulped, fermented, washed and dried in a solar dryer before being left on raised pallets to develop its final notes of white peach and red apple.
