About the Bean
Our first Nicaraguan cup of the year! We’re thrilled to present the unique Icatú variety that comprises this lot, which is beloved for its high yield, unique profile, and robust flavour. Hand plucked from Finca Aurora's impressively diverse estate—filled with a plethora of creeks, birdlife, and shade trees—the washed lot was then pulped, fermented for 12-18 hours, and sun-dried onsite for six weeks to ensure full development of its nutty and fruity tasting notes.
