Come sit down with a cup of the Guji Zone’s finest. This Testi Coffee special is a beautiful heirloom lot from the Mulish washing station, where the majority of producers are local Oromo people who have cultivated their 4-hectare average farms for generations. While the washing station is young in comparison (established 2014), the quality of the natural-processed beans coming out of there is a roaster’s dream. Think robust fruit notes with lots of body and a hint of chocolate sweetness, all finished off with a light roast.
