UTENSILS
- Stovetop
- Chai Pot/Saucepan
- Tall glass
- Straw
- Stainless steel strainer
- Spoon
- Scale
INGREDIENTS
- 15g Dry Kandy Chai*
- 50g boiling water
- Honey or sweetener of choice (optional)
- 200g milk
- LOTS of ice
*You can also use Sticky Kandy Chai with this recipe for a sweeter kick (or if you prefer molasses pre-mixed in).
METHOD
1. Add 15g (or one tablespoon) of chai to your chai pot.
2. Add in 50g of water and bring to a boil for 1 minute.
3. Add in 200g of milk, agitate, and strain.
4. Allow mixture to cool for 3-5 minutes before pouring over ice.
5. Stir and enjoy!
