    The blend consists of four origins:

    15% Colombia, Popayan Reserve (Washed)
    10% Brazil, Caldas Royal (Natural)
    60% Brazil Mogiana (Natural)
    15% Papua New Guinea, Eastern Highlands (Washed)

    Dose: 19-23 gm dosing accordingly to your basket size
    Yield: 36-44 gm out using 1:1.8 brew ratio
    TDS: 10.5-10.9%
    Extraction: 19-20 % (preference)
