  • Please note: due to our subscription platform being US-based, recipients will receive their notification email at 8am EST/EDT time on the date chosen (i.e. ~15 hours after AEST/AEDT dependent on daylight savings; often translating to the evening after the date selected). We apologise for the inconvenience, and are actively working with the subscription platform to base notifications on AEST/AEDT time.

• MAX. FLEXIBILITY: Your recipient's notification email will contain a link to our subscription portal that gives them max control over how they receive your prepaid drops! If they want to reschedule, skip, or change the grind size of their subscription, that can all be easily done in just a few clicks.

HOW DOES PREPAID GIFT SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

• This prepaid gift subscription covers 3x 250g drops of single origin coffee. 
• Orders will always drop on a Monday on a 4-weekly basis until all 3 orders are complete, unless otherwise specified by your recipient.
• Whenever a recipient skips or reschedules an order, please note this will push any subsequent drops to occur 4 weeks out from the ensuing Monday.
