Things are about to get a little wilder thanks to our latest single origin drip coffee bag addition!

Our Special Colombian Filter Blend is just that; a quenchy, single estate combination of striped bourbon, tabi, and pink bourbon beans. The coffees were all processed under anaerobic natural conditions to breathe new flavour into these traditional varieties. All of which is the brilliant handiwork of seasoned Huila producer Wilder Lasso, whose family has been growing coffee in San Adolfo for several decades.

One peek at the Wilder’s San Adolfo farms reveals picturesque surrounds full of misty hills and valleys. This area is one of the Huila department’s most renowned coffee-growing regions, as its unique microclimate is particularly conducive to growing specialty Arabica.

Lots sourced from this region tend to be high in sweet fruit notes, and this drip coffee bag is no exception. Expect superb passionfruit accents, syrupy nectar, and the smallest hints of chocolate flavour.
