    A highly tropical sip courtesy of members from one of Burundi’s oldest cooperatives. Meaning ‘talk about coffee’ in Kirundi, the Yagikawa cooperative comprises 800 smallholders that grow their cherries among the twelve hills surrounding the Rwiri washing station. Upon collection thrice weekly, the cherries are sorted and dried on African raised beds before milling. The outcome is a fragrant coffee full of fresh fruit notes characteristic of all the wonderful cup profiles Burundi has to offer.
