    Hailing from a young washing station in one of Ethiopia’s oldest coffee-growing regions. Expect is a superb heirloom lot created from the combined harvests of several hundred producers local to the Uragaworeda (county). After depulping, the lot experienced an overnight fermentation and sun-drying for up to 20 days, all of which brings out the bean’s panela-like sweetness, tasty dried fruit notes, and cherry aroma on the finish. In essence, this cup boasts the kind of robust fruit profile that first put Guji on the specialty coffee map.
