    As the name Buena Vista suggests, good views and great coffee are the hallmarks of Javier Quintero’s exceptional farm in Inzá, Cauca. A second-generation farmer, Javier was thrilled to harvest this lot from a Bourbon Aruzi variety previously unknown to be growing on the farm! Upon discovery, this variety was found to be hardy and fruitful, growing ripe cherries that Javier brought to their full potential with washed processing. The result is a profile reminiscent of sugary berries and florals with an impressive 88.75 specialty coffee score.
