    Look who’s back by popular demand! The standout of our previous Lost Origin series release, Finca Don Benjie has returned to rotation with an inoculated brew that is different in variety but ever equal in flavour! This Bourbon grown at the slopes of the Barú volcano pairs perfectly with the lab’s brewery-inspired techniques, in a process that sees the carefully harvested cherries fermented with pichia kluyveri and lactobacillus plantarum over five days. The coffee is then left to dry for 32 days, sealing in the piquant notes of bold lime leaf and creamy mango.
