Jaramillo Estate in Boquete has been in producer Nadeia’s family for two centuries, with Lost Origin helping their coffee reach its full potential. Namely, the beans are first processed natural before undergoing inoculation in the lab. The introduction of mixed cultures pichia kluyveri and lactobacillus plantarum accentuates bright notes of tropical fruits that perfectly compliment the geisha’s innate orange blossom and hibiscus aroma.
