A beautifully balanced AB from the Rungeto Farmers' top-performing factory. Since 1968, the Kii Factory in Central Province has shown a keen dedication to excellence in washed processing, and this triple-variety lot is no exception. Cherries were pulped using recirculated water from the neighbouring River Kii. The beans were then washed and given a final soak before resting on drying beds until they reached optimal moisture. The result is a smooth coffee with honeyed notes of blood orange, and a lime leaf-like aroma.
