    The Promised Land (Sítio Canaã’s English translation) delivers once again! Under the tutelage of veteran farmer Antônio Rigno, young producer Kleumon Silva Moreira has turned what was originally 10 hectares of land into a sprawling estate growing an abundance of different coffee varieties. This Topazio–Acauã lot was handpicked by Moreira’s family and underwent a pulped natural process. The beans were then sun-dried with mucilage attached to achieve that complex cherry flavour you can now enjoy in this cup.
