Stitch Coffee is thrilled to add this specialty microlot from leading Perúvian producer Milagros Ramírez. As a third-generation coffee farmer, Ramírez has a deep respect for the land that La Ñusta resides on, and this reverence is on full display in this lots' sustainable production. The employment of swing sieves for sorting and solar dryers for processing all contributed to the final cup’s exquisite quality. Think big floral notes and quenchy stonefruit flavour.
