    Team Stitch had the honour of meeting Paola Trujillo— one half of the duo behind this lot—when she visited Sydney in February, and it feels like homecoming to usher their latest lot into rotation! Paola and her father, Carlos, are experts on fermentation and drying processes (the latter hinted at in the farm’s name, “Pretty Patio”), which is on full display in this riveting natural geisha. A delightful acidity makes itself known in the cup’s fervent citrus notes, and is balanced out with super sweet and jammy fruit flavours.
