    From the highest elevations in Ethiopia hails a delicate and smooth cup that showcases the excellency of Sidama’s terroir and the region’s rich coffee heritage. Specifically, this lot is a natural heirloom 74158 variety that was purposefully developed to deliver quality over quantity and intriguing sweetness. Processed at Alo washing station—named after the localkebele (village)—expect juicy hints of stonefruit and sharp yet subtle, berry-like acidity. We can’t thank producer Tamiru Tadesse enough for creating such a delectable sip.
