    Our roastery is honoured to source a microlot that’s awe-inspiring in more ways than one. This cup is courtesy of an up-and-coming farm that, despite only producing its first harvest in 2019, is driving change through its variety trial work with World Coffee Research, while simultaneously producing coffees of great complexity and quality. A location chosen by third-generation producer Carlos Rivas for its conducive rainfall and climate, La Unión is a paradise for the 22 coffee varieties currently growing there. This particular lot is a washed Pacamara emboldened with a juicy mouthfeel and bursts of blueberry flavour.
