A beautiful heirloom lot that’s testament to the bright berry and floral flavours that often characterise Yirgacheffe coffees. Amassed from the harvests of approximately 650 local farmers, this coffee was processed at Banko Gotiti washing station. There, the cherries were pulped, fermented for 36–48 hours, sorted, and then dried on shaded raised beds for 12–15 days. All to create a truly exquisite cup just for you! Roasted light to bring balmy citrus and white peach notes to the front, and rouse up those jasmine aromatics that are present throughout the sipping experience.
